This is my first post and my plan for the next 2 months;
   I would like to lose 1 stone in two months so I need to document and track my progress somewhere public otherwise I won't follow through with it again and I can't give up again. So anyway, I need to;
-Exercise a LOT more
-Eat better

Current weight: 140lbs
